If there's a next time we will go directly thru the hotel. I was not happy with what we paid through Travelocity, and shocked when I saw the actual prices when checking out. A front desk person offered o :have room service send up some coffee,' when we called about the coffee maker, but there was no sign of a room service menu and I didn't notice anything on the TV guide. I still don't know whether they have room service or not. However, we had several problems in our room, such as a cranky Keurig coffee maker and an iPad that insisted it was 100% fully charged, but did nothing but tell the time.
I thought the Del Lago was well laid out and clean and well decorated.
We were looking for a place to visit an ailing relative, yet feel like we were on a bit of a vacation.
